Dictionary Day for Rockford 3rd Graders Today (WTVO - WQRF Rockford) Today is a big day for 3rd graders in the Rockford school district. They'll all receive free dictionaries. The books are provided by the Sara Ingrassia-Jackie Confer dictionary fund through donations. It's a tribute to the memory of both women who were school board members and educators.
